Job Description
- Generate cost reduction projects or initiatives
- Administer the utilization of assigned material resources, equipment, and people
- Ensure equipment is in operational condition
- Perform adequate maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Administer and follow the Planned Maintenance Manual
- Comply with the defined plant EOS and EHS system
- Implement order and cleanliness system
- Comply with area SOT
- Comply with assigned tasks
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- High school, Engineering and/or related career
- Problem analysis skills
- Knowledge of mechanical tools
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Teamwork
- Knowledge of PPE and LOTO
- Knowledge of Cutting and Welding
Main Responsibilities:
1. Generate cost reduction projects or initiatives.
2. Administer the utilization of assigned material resources, equipment, and people.
3. Equipment in operating conditions.
4. Adequate maintenance of machinery and equipment, assigned within their control section.
5. Administration and follow-up of the Planned Maintenance Manual.
Generate cost reduction projects or initiatives
1. Development of improvement initiatives.
Compliance with the plant's EOS and EHS system
1. Compliance with the defined plant EOS and EHS system.
Compliance with objectives defined by the supervisor
1. Implementation of order and cleanliness system.
2. Compliance with area SOT.
3. Compliance with assigned tasks.
4. Use of PPE.
Equipment under charge in operating conditions
1. Compliance with Defined MP Calendar.
2. Compliance with EOS system.
Promote and support safety at work
1. Use of personal protective equipment in the areas.
2. Adherence to safety policy.
3. Compliance with ISO 45001 system.
Skills
1. Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
