Job Description

This role is for a PTP Accountant within Aptiv's EDS segment, which is becoming an independent company. The accountant will be responsible for processing payable invoices in SAP for the EMEA region, ensuring financial posting accuracy, preparing vendor account analyses, and managing communication with stakeholders. The role involves active participation in PTP process migration and month/year-end closing, adhering to SOPs and cooperating with audit departments. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.

University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy

Must Have:

Process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP system
Control over accuracy of financial postings, correction of errors and clearing of open positions on suppliers’ accounts
Prepare and present the analysis of vendors accounts
Taking care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
Active participation in the process of migration of PTP processes
Participation and coordination in month-end and year-end closing process
Performing daily processes according to the Standard Operational Procedures and cooperation with audit department in case of internal or external control
At least 1 year of professional experience in Accounts Payable process
Very good command of English language
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP environment
Well-developed prioritization and time management skills
Good analytical skills and problem solving approach
