Management Consultant

The Role

As part of our team in Copenhagen or Aarhus, you’ll work closely with clients on large-scale projects – helping them turn digital ambitions into measurable business results. From strategy to execution, you’ll help design and deliver solutions across areas like digital strategy, transformation, innovation, operating models, and IT architecture. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

• Drive change by combining business acumen, tech insight, and AI tools

Who You Are

✔ 3+ years’ experience in a similar role as an external consultant
✔ A bachelor’s degree or higher in strategy, business, tech, or a related field
✔ Comfortable working with AI tools – and excited about their potential
✔ Strong communicator with the ability to simplify the complex
✔ Fluent in Danish and English - both written and verbal
✔ Driven, analytical, and a true team player who thrives in dynamic environments

Recruitment process:

It typically includes 2-3 interview rounds, where one of them might include 'on the spot' case or a 'take at home' case simulating a real-life client situation – allowing you to demonstrate your consulting approach and toolbox.
