Management consultants for Defence & Security

PA Consulting is expanding its Defence and Security team in Stockholm, seeking enthusiastic consultants at various levels to strengthen Sweden's and international partners' security. The role involves leading critical change initiatives, driving organizational development, and collaborating with sector actors from authorities to international partners. Consultants will contribute to strategic programs creating long-term, sustainable solutions, working on projects that directly impact national security and societal development in a rapidly digitalizing world.

Must Have

• Experience from total defense, civil or military defense, or the defense industry.
• Consulting experience or equivalent in strategic advice, project management, or transformation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Qualifications
