Team Leader (m/f/d) Technical Hygiene Service

Rentokil Initial GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for Technical Hygiene Service in the Munich area. This role involves supporting the service team in the field, managing complaints, customer care, controlling team and subcontractor performance, material and equipment procurement, and supporting dispatch with technical input. The ideal candidate will have completed technical training, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills, working proactively and independently.

Must Have

• Accompanying and supporting the service team in the field
• Complaint management and customer support
• Performance control (team & subcontractors)
• Material and equipment procurement including warehouse management
• Supporting dispatch with technical input
• Servicing major customers in the field
• Maintaining all records & documents during fixed office hours
• Contact person for fleet topics
• Completed technical training, ideally in ventilation, cleaning or building technology
• Valid car driver's license class B
• Field service oriented
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion
• Structured way of working, high reliability, willingness to perform, and customer orientation

Good to Have

• Experience in employee leadership or foreman activities advantageous
• Knowledge in dealing with major customers desirable
