Job Summary

Adone is a European leader in management consulting for major Luxury and Retail brands, specializing in e-Commerce, Data, Customer Experience, Digital in Store, PIM-DAM, PLM, Supply Chain, and Green Transition projects. As a PLM Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of PLM solutions and support clients in optimizing product lifecycle management, from design to market. You will coordinate all stakeholders (business, IT, publishers, integrators) ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality are met.

Must Have

  • Degree from an engineering, business, or university, ideally with an IT/Digital/Information Systems focus
  • Very good knowledge of information systems and the IT universe
  • Good command of Centric Software
  • Mastery of the agile method
  • Fluent English level

Job Description

As a PLM Project Manager, your role will be to lead the implementation of PLM solutions and support our clients in optimizing the management of their products throughout their lifecycle, from design to market.

You will manage projects by coordinating all stakeholders (business teams, IT, publishers, integrators) and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and delivered quality.

Your main missions

  • Selection and deployment of IT solutions
  • Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
  • Facilitation of workshops and collection of user needs
  • Drafting of specifications and functional and technical requirements, taking into account business needs
  • Forecasting of resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
  • Project ownership assistance and E2E project management (planning, budgets, reporting…)
  • Coordination of project teams
  • Change management support (drafting documentation and deliverables, leading training sessions…)
  • Identification of commercial information

Qualifications

A graduate of an engineering, business, or university, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation, you have:

  • Very good knowledge of information systems and the IT universe.
  • Good command of Centric Software as well as mastery of the agile method.
  • Natural curiosity and specifically for current and emerging technologies
  • Ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with good remote collaboration skills.
  • A customer-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
  • A fluent English level
