Join AUTO1.com, Europe's largest used vehicle reseller, as a Lead Project Manager B2B. You will play a crucial role in developing projects for commercial teams, optimizing operations, and enhancing the customer experience. This involves leading strategic initiatives, managing a team of B2B project managers, analyzing processes with data, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation and maximize performance.
Must Have
- Lead and coordinate the definition and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop B2B project managers.
- Analyze and optimize processes and workflows using data.
- Prepare and lead cross-functional projects.
- Ensure the creation of detailed user stories and definition of client and business needs.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of local performance improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with local teams, headquarters, B2B Director, OPS, BA, Product, and Tech.
- Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in project management, consulting, management, or equivalent.
- Experience managing a team or mentoring colleagues.
- Results-oriented with strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, data manipulation (SQL, Excel, and/or Google Suite).
- Rigor, intellectual curiosity, and impeccable organization.
- Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
- Developed team spirit, positive leadership, and ability to unite.

Job Description
Your missions:
Reporting directly to our AUTO1.com France Director, you will play a crucial role in the development of projects for all our commercial teams for buying and selling used vehicles, as well as the operational management, representing nearly 300 people committed every day to offering the best digital customer experience for used vehicles.
By identifying opportunities, you will propose optimization solutions to continuously improve our operating methods and the experience offered to our customers throughout their vehicle buying and selling journey.
- Lead and coordinate the definition and implementation of strategic initiatives meeting local needs and group objectives for B2B departments (Sales, Operations, Remarketing).
- Supervise, motivate, and develop B2B project managers, ensure efficient task distribution, define priorities, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Analyze and optimize processes and workflows, relying on data and the most innovative methods (automation, AI…).
- Prepare and lead cross-functional projects within the organization (top management, internal teams), as well as with external stakeholders (clients, prospects), acting as a reference and ambassador for the team.
- Ensure the creation of detailed user stories and the definition of client and business needs, in conjunction with the Product and Tech teams at headquarters in Berlin, to develop innovative and relevant solutions for B2B markets.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of local performance improvement initiatives: framing, animation, change management, impact monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to management.
- Work closely with local teams, headquarters, the B2B Director, OPS, BA, Product, and Tech to drive transformation, maximize performance, and ensure project success.

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Graduated from a business or engineering school, you have confirmed experience (ideally 3 years or more) in project management, consulting, management, or an equivalent function.
- You have already managed a team or mentored collaborators within the framework of cross-functional projects: you know how to motivate, train, and develop your colleagues.
- You are results-oriented while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and execution quality.
- You possess strong analytical skills, know how to manipulate data (SQL, Excel, and/or Google Suite).
- You are recognized for your rigor, intellectual curiosity, and impeccable organization, which allows you to multiply initiatives and prioritize effectively.
- You want to have a real impact on the company: you are proactive and ready to take on ambitious challenges in a constantly evolving environment.
- You are perfectly fluent in French and English, both oral and written, to navigate an international context.
- You have a developed team spirit, positive leadership, and an ability to unite: you know how to advance subjects while cultivating a good atmosphere within the team.
