Must Have:
  • Analyze global strategic investment opportunities for corporate development
  • Assist in sourcing, qualification, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal closing activities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to support deals and portfolio companies
  • Identify and qualify new investment ideas and companies from internal and external sources
  • Maintain strong relationships with executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders
  • Deliver insightful reports to senior leaders on the dynamics of the venture ecosystem
  • Provide strategic guidance on venture investments and potential growth opportunities
  • Manage communication and collaboration across teams during the deal process
  • Evaluate potential investments and their alignment with business goals
  • Support ongoing relationship management with portfolio companies to drive value

Expected Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
