This role is for an Enterprise Sales Manager in Canada, responsible for leading and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The manager will focus on driving growth in the Enterprise segment, training their team, and contributing to Rippling's overall expansion. Key responsibilities include managing sales performance, monitoring pipeline health, forecasting, assisting the team in sales cycles, ensuring accurate CRM documentation, and collaborating with other departments to ensure successful client engagements. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and making recommendations for process improvements.

About the role

As our Enterprise Sales Manager (Canada), you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives for a fast-paced, high-growth company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Enterprise segment, the training and development of your team, and you’ll be an integral part of Rippling’s growth. This position reports to the Senior Sales Director, Canada.

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance: pipeline health, pipeline progression, monthly forecasts, and bookings to ensure quota attainment.
  • Assist your team throughout their sales cycles, playing an active role to help the team in competing effectively and selling the value of Rippling
  • Ensure your team maintains accurate and up-to-date sales documentation in SFDC.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales development,implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure successful client engagements, and foster a collaborative culture within the Enterprise organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings and positioning Rippling effectively in the market.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.

What you will need

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams, with AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings
  • Proven track record in leading a team of AEs in consistently acquiring new Enterprise customers through outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling HCM software and or related products preferred.
  • Able to accurately forecast team performance on a monthly and quarterly time frame.
  • Able to manage develop talent to optimize performance
  • Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment
