Must Have

  • Lead strategic revenue initiatives with Ad Sales, Consumer, Marketing, and Digital Operations
  • Partner with senior leadership on pricing strategies, margin analysis, and financial performance tracking
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, and financial dashboards
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance cash flow and profitability
  • Provide insights for data-driven decision-making at the executive level
  • Lead, mentor, and train analysts to enhance financial acumen
  • Represent financial perspectives in executive meetings
  • Oversee financial analysis for major events and business initiatives
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, business operations, or revenue strategy
  • Proven leadership with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and financial modeling
  • Strong presentation skills to translate complex financial insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce or other financial systems

The Manager, Revenue Business Partnering is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue strategy, financial decision-making, and key financial initiatives (e.g., margin and cash flow improvement) across all revenue departments. This role serves as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business performance. The Manager will influence cross-functional teams, provide executive-level insights, and drive actionable strategies to optimize revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic revenue initiatives in collaboration with Ad Sales, Consumer, Marketing, and Digital Operations to maximize revenue and improve margins.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape pricing strategies, margin analysis, and financial performance tracking.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, and financial dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance cash flow and profitability across revenue-generating departments.
  • Serve as a thought leader by providing insights that drive data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
  • Lead, mentor, and train analysts to enhance financial acumen and decision support capabilities across teams.
  • Represent financial perspectives in executive meetings, ensuring key decisions align with corporate financial objectives.
  • Oversee financial analysis for major events and business initiatives, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Remove barriers to execution by facilitating collaboration across departments and advocating for financial best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, business operations, or revenue strategy, preferably within the media industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and financial modeling.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or other financial systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Salary Range $100,000-$120,000
