Lead a strong payroll outsourcing team and create effective solutions for Danish and international clients. Must Have
- Lead payroll specialists across two locations
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and continuous process optimization
- Participate in sales and client activities, including proposals and pricing
- Ensure compliance and quality in the team's deliveries
- Be an active part of the global payroll network and CFO Service Payroll leadership team
- Minimum 4-5 years of management experience, preferably from the consulting industry
- Work independently, focused, and with a professional approach
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
- Thrive in a consulting environment characterized by high pace and a changeable daily routine
Good to Have
- Experience with time/client planning
- Process understanding and experience from optimization projects
- Experience with payroll administration is an advantage, but not a requirement

Two locations, one Payroll Outsourcing team
The Payroll Outsourcing team works from our two locations in Hillerød and Ringsted, and you will therefore need to divide your time between these two locations. We are a dedicated team that delivers professional payroll solutions to both Danish and international clients. The team is characterized by high professionalism, cross-functional collaboration, and an ambition for continuous development.
Work with leadership, development, and optimization
As a leader, you will be responsible for creating the framework for an efficient and well-functioning payroll team. Your daily life will also be characterized by continuous focus on optimization, job economics, and excellent customer experience.
Your primary work tasks will consist of:
- Lead payroll specialists across two locations
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and continuous process optimization
- Participate in sales and client activities, including proposals and pricing
- Ensure compliance and quality in the team's deliveries
- Be an active part of the global payroll network and CFO Service Payroll leadership team
What you bring
Your path to this role can vary, and to achieve the greatest success in the role, a background could include:
- Minimum 4-5 years of management experience – preferably from the consulting industry
- Preferably experience with time/client planning
- Process understanding and preferably experience from optimization projects
- Work independently, focused, and with a professional approach
- Experience with payroll administration is an advantage, but not a requirement
