  • Manage all client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partners.
  • Identify potential campaign and program hurdles and optimise in real time.
  • Effectively manage program budgets, timelines and content agreements.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal cross-department heads- production, creative, sales, etc.
  • Work closely with brand marketing teams to help ensure content remains on brand.
  • Monitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings.

About you

  • Effective - Equally obsessed with creating beautiful work and impactful campaigns that solve our clients’ challenges, with a white glove service approach.
  • Adaptable - Open to taking input from others, with the willingness to take on essential tasks when needed to get the job done.
  • Resourceful - You strive to come up with ideas that suit budgets and timelines, can manage multiple campaigns at once, and know when to pivot if something isn’t working.
  • Leader - You prioritise diversity, inclusivity and representation in every stage of the post-sale process and lead with empathy.

Experience:

  • Significant brand marketing, client services, digital media, and/or production experience.
  • Experience creating branded content and 360 integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple activations and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and content management systems.
  • An innate desire to seek out, understand and evaluate emerging technologies and then provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting.
  • Positive, creative, solutions-oriented and client-focused.
  • Experience with Google Slides/Suite preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and events as needed.
