The CN Spain team is currently looking to fill a permanent contract position for a Commercial Director.
This position will report directly to the Commercial Director of AD and Traveler and Category Lead of Home & Travel. It will also report to the CBO.
We are looking for a Commercial Director to join our dynamic commercial team in Spain. The Commercial Director will be responsible for the commercial results of CNT and the achievement of its objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for the sale to assigned Home and Travel clients.
Main functions and responsibilities of the position:
- Define CNT's commercial strategy.
- Make decisions to adapt the strategy to market circumstances and disruptive changes.
- Be directly responsible for all brand revenue.
- Work very closely with cross-functional profiles to detect opportunities for their brand. They will have a direct relationship with the rest of the category leads so that CNT is present in their proposals.
- Daily monitoring of the brand's performance across different business lines, clients, sectors.
- Detect diversification opportunities around the brand.
- Exponentially accelerate the digital revenue of the title.
- Responsibility for communication with the editorial department and for conveying the editorial strategy, news, etc., to the cross-functional teams.
- Responsibility for achieving the objectives of the Home & Travel sectors.
- Take the necessary initiatives and measures to correct deviations in objectives.
- Rigor to ensure compliance with the general brand budget and the Home & Travel category at all times.
- Initiative to generate new projects and manage commercial events.
- Ability to manage teams and relationships between them, in addition to the rest of the departments involved in the management of each project.
Experience, skills and essential competencies for the position:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior commercial profiles.
- Deep knowledge in digital for all sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree level.
- Master's or similar in Business or Advertising areas.
- Very high level of English.
- Print and digital media skills.
