The Creative Optimization Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing YouTube and O&O channels, including uploading and enhancing video content to align with brand standards and drive subscription and viewership growth. This role involves developing localization strategies, creating and re-editing video content, identifying traffic opportunities, and collaborating with teams to manage community engagement and explore commercial video prospects.

- YouTube and O&O channel management, uploading and optimizing video content, ensuring brand packaging and optimization, and maintaining subscription and viewership growth.
- Responsible for channel localization strategy, identifying usable content, and being able to independently or collaborate with the editorial team to complete compilation.
- Video re-creation, including short video production and theme video re-editing.
- Discover traffic opportunities for immediate re-creation, and collaborate with relevant departments to manage community users.
- Explore commercial video opportunities.
- Video content-related tasks assigned by supervisor.
