Job Description

The Manager of HR Operations will support the HR operations of the organization. The responsibilities include implementing HR policies and processes, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, handling payroll, compensation and benefits, managing statutory compliances, preparing management information systems (MIS), and maintaining and completing necessary documentation. Lakshya, a Keywords Studios company, is a game art studio with a team of over 700 employees in Gurgaon, Pune, and Seattle, with sales offices in San Diego and Tokyo. With 20 years of experience, Lakshya has created art for over a hundred game titles, blending artistic creativity with strong process orientation. They work closely with NASSCOM to aid in the growth of the game development ecosystem in India.

Must Have:

Implement HR policies and processes.
Manage Employee onboarding & offboarding.
Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits.
