Job Summary
A Manager Information Technology at Infineon will lead a team to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by defining and implementing strategic IT plans. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring high-quality service through established processes, and supporting staff development. The manager will also serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
Must Have
- Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Accomplish team performance by communicating job expectations, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating results.
- Coach, mentor, and discipline employees when necessary.
- Ensure high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all existing NOC processes are successfully implemented, adhered to, and consistently practiced.
- Maintain staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Support staff development by establishing career paths, providing growth opportunities, and facilitating training and job rotations.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-priority issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of related working experience.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a global team.
- Proficient in functional and technical competencies relevant to the role.
- Solid knowledge of overall network services.
- Strong coordination and prioritization skills, with the flexibility to adapt plans as needed.
- Self-driven, dynamic, and highly motivated individual with good motivational skills.
