We are seeking a Manager – Management Consultant to join our Transformation Team. This role will be based in our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
- This is a temporary role for a period of 18 months however it is likely to get extended to last the duration of the project.
- The role is part of the Transformation team within the Office of the CIO&O, in Business and Client Services. This group delivers Executive Committee sponsored enterprise-wide transformation projects such as operating model design, organization change and other efficiency and effectiveness programs
- The team is currently focused on a multi-year enterprise-wide program. The objectives include greater speed to market of technology solutions, support of digital strategies, financial savings for reinvestment, enabling greater colleague engagement and supporting greater insights for clients through data and analytics. The program is organized into pillars with this role supporting the areas of People, Process and Technology.
- This manager role focuses on supporting the program management office, along with other projects coming out of the Office of the CIO&O. These may include strategic planning, innovation programs and other executive support

We will count on you to:
- Provide frontline support with the Transformation leaders to facilitate team communication, collaboration, decision-making and tactical support to deliver the program.
- Develop business cases and ad hoc analysis.
- Develops and maintains project plans, identifies and tracks milestones, monitors task executions and identifies and mitigates risks.
- Collaborates with Transformation team leaders to provide recommendations to the BCS Leadership Team and an Executive Committee related to strategic and tactical management of program activities.
What you need to have?
- Solid experience gained within a management consultancy, operations consultancy, business technology, business analysis, digital transformation, or similar profile.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills, and an ability to develop financial models.
- Advanced Powerpoint skills
- Experience of working with a management or operations consultancy,
