Job Description
As a Product Manager (Home) at Dream11, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the home page product roadmap. This role requires analyzing user behavior data to inform decision-making, using data to validate assumptions and measure success, and continuously evolving the product based on feedback, competition, market trends, and regulations. You'll identify key business metrics, align the team and stakeholders on the product vision, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth on Dream11's scalable fantasy sports platform. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of B2C product management experience and excels in communication and stakeholder management.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Data analysis and decision-making skills
- Roadmap creation and maintenance
- Product evolution based on user feedback and market trends

Your Role:
- Create and maintain an effective product roadmap for the home page
- Query data to help understand user behaviour and guide decision making
- Use data to make informed decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success
- Continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback, competition benchmarking, market trends and the latest regulations
- Identify key business metrics based on a deep understanding of the product domain
- Align the working team and other stakeholders on the user problem and the product vision
Qualifiers:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2C company
- Excellent at communication and stakeholder management
