What awaits you with us:
- In close cooperation with the Oetinger crew, especially the internal product managers, you will realize innovative product concepts and packaging that meet the diverse requirements for value, cost, quality, product safety, and sustainability.
- You plan and coordinate the production process of various products and orchestrate all internal and external parties involved in the process.
- You commission and manage external production through all production stages, including subsequent logistics for Asian productions.
What you bring:
- You will use your several years of professional experience in the conception, design, and production of book-related non-book items, and equipment/cardboard picture books and packaging to build and strengthen these segments within the publishing group.
- Your extensive and confident knowledge in material science/material selection, printing, paper, finishing, and further processing will help you translate the requirements from product management into high-quality products.
- You organize your tasks securely and purposefully in highly networked processes and are skilled in setting priorities.
- Analytical skills and a high cost sensitivity characterize you and enable you to make the right entrepreneurial decisions.
- You are as proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) as you are with Microsoft Office.
- Task Management Programs (Trello), ERP Systems (BusinessCentral), and Digital Asset Management (Biblio) are not new to you.
