Responsible for controlling and ensuring production compliance, managing human and material resources, and reporting to the Manufacturing Management or General Manufacturing Supervisor. Key responsibilities include calculating production efficiency, labor, scrap, and first-time quality, interpreting production control requirements, developing corrective actions, and utilizing various problem-solving techniques. The role also involves staff development, quality system follow-up, and supporting safety and environmental initiatives.

- Plan communication meetings with subordinates
- Support Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health activities (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
