Job Description

Responsible for controlling and ensuring production compliance, managing human and material resources, and reporting to the Manufacturing Management or General Manufacturing Supervisor. Key responsibilities include calculating production efficiency, labor, scrap, and first-time quality, interpreting production control requirements, developing corrective actions, and utilizing various problem-solving techniques. The role also involves staff development, quality system follow-up, and supporting safety and environmental initiatives.
Must Have:
  • Control and compliance of production
  • Human and material resource administration
  • Calculate production efficiency, labor, scrap, and first-time quality
  • Interpret short and long-term production control requirements
  • Develop corrective actions (DPS)
  • Manage problem-solving techniques (Fishbone, 5-step, 5 Whys)
  • Certify and recertify in key stations
  • Follow up on long-term plans
  • Communicate and develop personnel
  • Follow up on quality systems
  • Follow up on plant initiatives
  • Plan communication meetings with subordinates
  • Support Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health activities (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)

Manufacturing Supervisor

  • Plan communication meetings with subordinates.
  • Staff management and development.
  • Support activities in the Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health area, based on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards respectively.
