Job Description

GAMOMAT is seeking a Market Strategy Manager to drive revenue growth by developing strategic approaches for new and existing markets. This role involves identifying growth opportunities and risks, acting as an internal strategy consultant, and providing market insights to management. The manager will also be responsible for continuously monitoring strategy implementation to ensure positive revenue development. The ideal candidate will have a background in economics, several years of iGaming industry experience, strong market competence, and excellent communication skills, thriving in a hybrid, collaborative environment, based in Malta or Berlin.

  • Generate revenue growth by developing strategic approaches to open up new markets and expand existing ones & sales channels
  • Identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Act as internal strategy consulting and provide impulses to management regarding market/customer needs and market trends
  • Bear (co-)responsibility for GAMOMAT's positive revenue development through continuous monitoring of strategy implementation

  • You act as internal strategy consulting and provide impulses to management regarding market/customer needs and market trends
  • You bear (co-)responsibility for GAMOMAT's positive revenue development through continuous monitoring of strategy implementation
  • You have a completed degree in economics
  • You bring several years of experience from comparable tasks in the iGaming industry
  • You have high market competence and an established network in the market
  • Your pronounced entrepreneurial or (market-)strategic thinking distinguishes you
  • You have excellent communication skills in contact with various stakeholders; especially the ability to present complex issues concisely and focused
  • You have a high degree of self-organization and self-reflection for working within a hybrid, collaborative work model.
  • You have a can-do mentality and are eager to drive things forward.
  • You have negotiation-level C1 English skills, C1 German skills are a big plus
