As part of the Marketing Analytics Team, you will be providing detailed insights into our consumer behaviour and marketing channel performance, to enable data-driven decisions. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to combine their business questions to an overarching picture.
The position is available as a full-time or part-time position.
You work with Marketing teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations to support them in evaluating their channels’ performance.
You extract and explore data from different sources; you enjoy searching for the best way to visualize data, design and maintain Tableau dashboards to display Marketing metrics and deliver actionable findings.
You define and monitor KPIs, and you can understand the root causes behind the changes.
You develop analytical approaches to enable comprehensive marketing steering, including customer lifetime value, revenue attribution (e.g. Marketing Mix Modeling) incrementality testing, and user segmentation (e.g. RFM modelling).
You share your knowledge actively and collaborate closely with other analysts in the company.
You have 2+ years of experience in Marketing Intelligence or Marketing Analytics, with a degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
You have a strong understanding of Marketing measurement and steering, including concepts like ROI, CLV, and predictive modeling.
You are experienced in collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
You bring first-hand experience with data-intensive projects using tools like SQL and Tableau. Knowledge of statistical programming languages (e.g. Python, R) is a plus.
You are a critical thinker and understand complex problems. You can explain your findings well-structured and in fluent English.
A statistical background (e.g. experience with regression analysis, A/B Testing, uplift experiments, incrementality studies) is a big plus.
