Vi is a market-leading Enterprise-AI platform for health, serving large health organizations. We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed marketing decisions. This role involves analyzing media performance, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and fuel growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of marketing and business dynamics, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Must have:
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs and measure business impact.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple media channels and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Track and evaluate user acquisition, engagement and conversion funnels.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaigns, audiences, and ad sets, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through data exploration and advanced analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analysis in an agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates, funnel analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
Good to have:
  • Experience with marketing automation and attribution platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Passion for marketing, growth, and consumer behavior.

We operate across New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to play a key role in driving data-informed marketing decisions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing media platform performance, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and fuel Vi’s growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of marketing and business dynamics, and can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while creating dashboards that support marketing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs and measure business impact.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple media channels and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Track and evaluate user acquisition, engagement and conversion funnels.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaigns, audiences, and ad sets, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through data exploration and advanced analysis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analysis in an agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates, funnel analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
