Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts, identifying high-potential candidates across various channels
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively build strong talent pipelines
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the CEO to understand role requirements and craft tailored sourcing strategies
  • Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify candidates for challenging roles
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and needs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR roles
  • Proven natural intelligence and problem-solving of complex operational and execution tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and values
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
