Job Description

VI is seeking a proactive and skilled Admin Manager for its Tel Aviv office. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring operational excellence in facilities and office management, coordinating welfare activities, supporting onboarding, assisting the finance team, and managing suppliers. The manager will be the TLV site point of contact, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing service providers, and planning events. The role requires strong organizational skills, fluent Hebrew and English, and familiarity with finance and facilities principles to streamline administrative workflows and improve office efficiency.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative manager.
Must Have:
  • Serve as the TLV site point of contact; oversee facilities, maintenance, supplies, equipment, and day-to-day operations.
  • Manage building/service providers and suppliers end-to-end, track issues through resolution and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Plan and execute welfare activities and events (onsites/offsites, holidays, team-building activities), owning logistics and budget.
  • Coordinate onboarding new employees across teams to deliver a seamless new-hire experience.
  • Support finance operations: invoices, expense tracking, and G&A budget monitoring.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and proven multitasking ability.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills; confident communicating across levels and functions.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
  • Familiarity with finance and facilities principles; proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and quick to learn new tools.
  • Self-starter with leadership skills; eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

VI is looking for a proactive and skilled Admin Manager to join our team in Israel. This role will focus on ensuring operational excellence across facilities and office operations, while coordinating welfare activities and off-sites, supporting onboarding processes, assisting the finance team, and managing suppliers. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to streamline administrative workflows and continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of our TLV office operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities
