Must Have

  • Own and execute Vi’s revenue growth strategy across Healthcare, Biopharma, and Wellness verticals.
  • Lead and inspire the Growth organization, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Personally engage with senior executives at Fortune 500 accounts to shape and close transformative partnerships.
  • Drive a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Define and optimize Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline transparency, and performance reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CRO, and leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Client Performance, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • 12+ years in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, or data platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing commercial organizations.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ARR enterprise deals.
  • Experienced in setting vision, building teams, and scaling revenue.
  • Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Able to scale organizations, infrastructure, and process while maintaining entrepreneurial energy.

Good to Have

  • Consulting / Banking pedigree (Bain, McKinsey, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, etc.) or startup founder/operator experience.

Role Summary

The SVP, Growth will be responsible for leading Vi’s commercial organization across all three verticals: Healthcare, Biopharma, and Wellness. This executive will set the commercial vision, oversee revenue targets, and lead a team of senior growth leaders to deliver transformative partnerships and sustained revenue growth. The SVP will work closely with the CRO, CEO, and Board to expand Vi’s market leadership and ensure world-class execution. This role requires executive presence, entrepreneurial energy, and the ability to inspire and scale high-performing sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Vi’s revenue growth strategy across Healthcare, Biopharma, and Wellness verticals.
  • Lead and inspire the Growth organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
  • Personally engage with senior executives at Fortune 500 accounts to shape and close transformative partnerships.
  • Drive a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach—aligning Vi’s capabilities with client challenges to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Define and optimize Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline transparency, and performance reporting for the executive team and Board.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CRO, and leadership team on commercial growth and strategic expansion.
  • Collaborate with Client Performance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful client delivery and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven executive leader: 12+ years in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, or data platforms, with a track record of leading high-performing commercial organizations and closing $1M+ ARR enterprise deals.
  • Strategic sales leadership: Experienced in setting vision, building teams, and scaling revenue across multiple verticals or markets.
  • Executive presence: Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Consultative sales mindset: Skilled at diagnosing client needs, tailoring solutions, and building trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Builder mentality: Able to scale organizations, infrastructure, and process while maintaining entrepreneurial energy.
  • Consulting / Banking pedigree a plus but not required: Background at firms such as Bain, McKinsey, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, etc., or startup founder/operator experience.
  • Mindset: Hungry, entrepreneurial, humble, and collaborative—focused on building enduring client and team success.
