Job Summary
This administrative intern position involves a range of office support duties. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing company documents, organizing meetings, managing company files, and assisting with leader activities. The role also covers general daily administrative tasks and handling external communications. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in secretarial, journalism, Chinese, or management-related fields. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills. The role requires a healthy individual capable of assisting with occasional physical tasks like moving office supplies.
Must Have
- Responsible for handling company official documents (drafting/reviewing summaries, minutes, requests, reports, information, etc.)
- Responsible for organizing company meetings (meeting notices, arrangements, minutes, etc.)
- Responsible for handling company files (receiving, registering, reviewing, submitting, circulating, archiving documents from various departments)
- Responsible for arranging leader activities (implementing pre-meeting communication, registration, and document organization for leaders' external activities)
- Perform daily internal and external administrative tasks, including handling temporary matters assigned by leaders/department heads
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Standard Mandarin, good at communication, strong language expression skills
- Strong work organization and coordination abilities, flexible mind, and strong adaptability
- Healthy body, able to assist with moving office supplies, event materials, equipment
Good to Have
- Secretarial, journalism, Chinese, or management-related majors are preferred
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling company official documents (drafting/reviewing company summaries, minutes, requests, reports, information, etc.);
2. Responsible for organizing company meetings (meeting notices, meeting arrangements, meeting minutes, etc.);
3. Responsible for handling company files (receiving documents submitted by various departments to company leaders, registering, reviewing, submitting, circulating, archiving, etc.);
4. Responsible for arranging leader activities (implementing pre-meeting communication, registration, and required document organization for company leaders' external activities);
5. Other tasks (daily internal administrative affairs, handling temporary matters assigned by company leaders or department heads; daily external administrative affairs, such as handling visits and calls from external units).
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in secretarial, journalism, Chinese, management, or related majors;
2. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
3. Standard Mandarin, good at communication, strong language expression skills;
4. Possess strong work organization and coordination abilities, flexible mind, and strong adaptability;
5. Healthy body: This position requires assisting with moving office supplies, event materials, equipment, etc. (not high frequency but essential).
