Job Summary

This role is responsible for the product lifecycle of automotive spare parts and intelligent ecological boutique components, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and iteration. The candidate will leverage user feedback and data to identify and resolve product experience issues, continuously innovate based on market insights and competitive analysis, and drive new product development. A strong background in automotive electronics, IoT, or embedded product management, coupled with product design, structural, and electronic knowledge, is essential.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive/computer/internet or related field
  • 5 years of experience in automotive electronics/IoT/embedded product management
  • Knowledge of product design (ID), structure, and electronics
  • Keen product insight and analysis skills
  • Strong cross-departmental communication and execution
  • Resilience and willingness to learn
  • Deep understanding of user needs and innovation drive in smart automotive

Good to Have

  • Experience in hardware product design such as smart cockpits

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product work related to automotive spare parts and intelligent ecological boutique components.

2. Responsible for following up on specific product requirements analysis, design, implementation, and iteration.

3. Through understanding the responsible product modules, combined with user feedback and data analysis, identify various issues in the product experience process and drive their resolution.

4. Responsible for insights into competitive products and market status, continuously exploring innovation, and ensuring the product competitiveness of the responsible modules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, in automotive/computer/internet related majors.
  • 5 years of experience as a product manager in automotive electronics/IoT/embedded systems; experience in hardware product design such as smart cockpits is preferred.
  • Possess basic knowledge of product design (ID), structure, and electronics.
  • Possess keen product insight, capable of in-depth product analysis, and understanding the design philosophy behind products.
  • Possess strong cross-departmental communication and execution skills, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
  • Curiosity about the smart car industry, eager to innovate, deep understanding of user needs, and a drive to create new products.
