Job Description

The Marketing Campaign Project Manager at WBD Sports Europe will manage and monitor the production of promotional and B2B content for Max and Eurosport, focusing on the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. Responsibilities include creating detailed production schedules, gathering information from stakeholders, coordinating teams, collaborating with campaign and production managers, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of content across multiple platforms (linear, digital, social media, etc.). The role also involves working on other campaigns (US Open, La Vuelta, etc.) and potential B2B/merchandising projects. This is a fixed-term contract until February 2026.

Votre nouveau poste...

Au sein du département Marketing Creative Services de WBD Sports Europe, vous serez responsable de la gestion et du suivi de la production de contenus promotionnels et B2B diffusés sur notre plateforme de streaming Max ainsi que sur les chaînes Eurosport.

Dans le cadre des Jeux Olympiques d'hiver de Milano Cortina 2026, votre mission principale consistera à coordonner la production d'éléments 360° pour tous les marchés européens où nous sommes présents. Vous interviendrez sur des productions dont les contenus seront déclinés en différentes langues et sur divers supports, tels que le linéaire, le digital, les réseaux sociaux, le print, la radio, l'out of home et le digital out of home.

En fonction des besoins, vous aurez également l’opportunité de participer à d'autres campagnes marketing sur lesquelles WBD Sports détient les droits, telles que l'US Open, La Vuelta, la saison des sports d'hiver, l’UCI TCL, l’Australian Open, etc.

Enfin, vous pourriez être amené à travailler sur des projets de B2B, de merchandising et d’hospitalité associés à notre marque WBD Sports.

Ce poste est un CDI jusqu'a fevrier 2026.

Votre responsabilités...

  • Etablissement des plannings et rétroplannings : création de calendrier de production détaillés avec identification des étapes clés et des délais critiques afin de garantir une gestion optimale du projet

  • Collecte et gestion d’informations : recueil des briefs créatifs et des plans média auprès des différentes parties prenantes, tri de ces informations et diffusion aux départements concernés pour garantir la bonne circulation des informations

  • Coordination des équipes et des interlocuteurs : assurer une cohérence fluide entre l’ensemble des interlocuteurs pour maintenir la cohérence et l’efficacité de la production

  • Collaboration étroite avec les Campaign Managers responsables de la stratégie pour garantir la clarté et la précision des informations, et assurer le bon déroulement des campagnes.

  • Collaboration étroite avec les Chargés de production du service créatif pour veiller au respect des délais et à la qualité de la production.

  • Coordination avec les équipes externes (traduction, acquisition, rétention, etc.) pour recueillir les informations nécessaires et garantir la bonne production des éléments demandés

  • Création du plan de production détaillé : élaboration d'un plan de production complet et structuré listant tous les éléments à produire, avec un suivi rigoureux des tâches et des responsabilités.

  • Suivi de la production et de la livraison jusqu’à la mise en ligne : surveillance de la production de chaque élément, garantie de la livraison des produits finis en respectant les délais convenus et en assurant la qualité et la conformité avec les objectifs définis, et contrôle de la mise en ligne conformément aux exigences du projet.

Qualifications et expérience...

  • Expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de projets

  • Appétence pour l’audiovisuel /digital /Médias (images statiques ou animées)

  • Connaissance du vocabulaire de post-production

  • Maitrise de l’anglais indispensable. La maitrise d’une autre langue appréciée

  • Grande capacité d’organisation

  • Grande rigueur, sens du détail

  • Gestion du temps et respect des délais

  • Adaptabilité nécessaire, Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps.

Your new position...

Within the Marketing Creative Services department of WBD Sports Europe, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the production of promotional and B2B content broadcast on our Max streaming platform and Eurosport channels.

As part of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, your main mission will be to coordinate the production of 360° content for all European markets where we operate. You will work on productions whose content will be available in different languages ​​and across various media, such as linear, digital, social media, print, radio, out-of-home, and digital out-of-home.

Depending on needs, you will also have the opportunity to participate in other marketing campaigns for which WBD Sports holds the rights, such as the US Open, La Vuelta, the winter sports season, the UCI TCL, the Australian Open, etc.

Finally, you may be asked to work on B2B, merchandising, and hospitality projects associated with our WBD Sports brand.

This is a fixed term position which will end in February 2026.

Your responsibilities...

  • Establishing schedules and reverse schedules: creating detailed production schedules, identifying key milestones and critical deadlines to ensure optimal project management.

  • Gathering and managing information: collecting creative briefs and media plans from various stakeholders, sorting this information, and distributing it to the relevant departments to ensure smooth flow of information.

  • Coordinating teams and contacts: ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders to maintain consistency and efficiency in production.

  • Collaborating closely with the Campaign Managers responsible for strategy to ensure clarity and accuracy of information and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

  • Collaborating closely with the Production Managers in the creative department to ensure deadlines are met and production quality is maintained.

  • Coordination with external teams (translation, acquisition, retention, etc.) to gather the necessary information and ensure the successful production of requested elements.

  • Creation of a detailed production plan: Development of a complete and structured production plan listing all elements to be produced, with rigorous tracking of tasks and responsibilities.

  • Monitoring production and delivery through to go-live: Overseeing the production of each element, ensuring delivery of finished products within agreed deadlines, ensuring quality and compliance with defined objectives, and monitoring go-live in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications and experience...

  • Experience in project management

  • Proficiency in audiovisual/digital/media (static or animated images)

  • Knowledge of post-production vocabulary

  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in another language preferred

  • Strong organizational skills, rigorous and detail-oriented

  • Strong time management and deadline adherence

  • Adaptability required, ability to multitask

  • Prioritization and stress tolerance

  • Enjoys teamwork and is comfortable collaborating
