Join our client's team as a Marketing Project Manager to ensuring seamless team operations, managing high-priority projects, and providing comprehensive support across the marketing team. Collaborate with various teams, including Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing, to drive strategic solutions that enhance partner empowerment and supplier investment in media.

This is a 3 – month contract + possible extension. The team is located in San Bruno, CA, and the role is on-site 5 days/week.  Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Operations Senior Manager in managing a wide range of projects.
• Take ownership of note-taking and action planning during meetings.
• Develop and communicate strategies to enhance team operational efficiencies.
• Gather insights and understand ways of working across the organization.
• Learn from pilot projects and iterate on processes in an agile manner.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders in client solutions and omni teams to streamline operations.
• Support general team administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure effective utilization of the new project management tool.
• Focus on the Brand team, specifically on Rebranding Phase 2, Value Proposition, and Site Redesign initiatives.
• Provide operational support by tracking all Brand projects in Workfront and developing a roadmap for execution.

Marketing Project Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization.
• Skilled in change management and creating impactful presentations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of setting and communicating clear expectations.
• Thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Passionate about process optimization and agile working models.
• Experienced in managing complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Workfront and project management.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to read and adapt to different environments.
• Background in email and brand marketing project management is advantageous.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
