Marketing Tech Project Manager

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with technology, enablement, product, and design teams to deliver results across complex marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic connector who can manage large projects, navigate evolving priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Marketing Tech Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key technology, enablement, product, and design stakeholders to define a plan and mobilize teams to drive outcomes, including roadmap planning, project plan development, task sequencing and dependencies, and team charters.
• Influence the delivery of cross-functional project teams’ outcomes and deliverables by fostering problem solving, providing planning resources and tools, and driving timelines.
• Develop and manage the lifespan of large, detailed projects, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing plans, deadlines, and sequencing.
• Identify, summarize, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively facilitating solutions.
• Manage operational project elements such as budget and resource allocation.

Marketing Tech Project Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to operate as a connector between business strategy/planning/project management and technical implementation; work samples may be requested.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills (including internal employees and third-party partner resources).
• Technical fluency: ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms – strong command of PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with Adobe Workfront is preferred.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
