Job Description
DPZ is looking for a Mid-level Media Coordinator, focused on offline media. The role will be for a large account, with high volume and intensity of deliveries. The person will be responsible for ensuring the precise execution of campaigns, supporting operational control, and contributing to organization and clarity in reports and client interactions. Responsibilities
- Experience with media tools like ADMedia (or similar)
- Knowledge of Ibope tools: Instar, Monitor, Arquivo da Propaganda
- Solid experience in offline media (TV, purchases, compensations, optimizations)
- Higher education in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related areas
- Good communication for client and team interaction
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle changes
- Minimum 1 year experience in a coordination position or equivalent
Differentials
- Experience in large accounts with high volume of deliveries
- Profile with a sense of responsibility and engagement in projects
- Relevant experience in offline media will be a decisive differential
- Interest in participating in strategic and innovative projects
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with close client proximity
Qualifications
- Ensure organized and precise execution of offline campaigns
- Support control of purchases, TV schedules, compensations, and material submission
- Participate in client meetings, contributing with weekly reports and updates
- Assume operational leadership of projects, with a proactive stance
- Perform plan updates, optimizations, and deliver insights
- Act with tactical campaign planning and daily operation support
- Adapt to the intense pace of the account, maintaining organization and focus on results
