What You'll Do
- Promo Ideation & Execution
- Conceptualize and produce compelling Hindi-language video promos that hook audiences and drive viewership across Eloelo.
- Develop creative angles aligned with marketing goals to help reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Scriptwriting & Visualization
- Write engaging, high-impact promo scripts with clear narrative flow and character insight.
- Visualize scripts on-screen and collaborate with editors and producers to bring them alive through impactful storytelling.
- Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with writers, editors, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in tone, quality, and performance.
- Maintain the creative vision of the show across all promo assets.
- Marketing Storytelling
- Craft short, powerful, real-time copy for banners, thumbnails, and descriptions that spark interest and clicks.
- Act as the creative voice for marketing during show launches and campaigns.
- Campaign Thinking
- Leverage insights from past promos and user behavior to shape future scripts and campaign ideas.
- Be audience-obsessed—always focusing on what hooks, what connects, and what converts.
What You Should Bring
- Strong portfolio of Hindi promo scripts, ad films, or digital content.
- Creative storytelling skills with a knack for short, impactful promos.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content production (fiction, entertainment, or digital media preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple promos and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with writers, editors, and voiceover artists.
- Deep understanding of youth and regional (Tier 2/3) audiences.
Good to Have
- Passion for web series, short-form storytelling, and creator-first content.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, etc.).
- Experience in a digital agency, production house, or OTT platform.
- Comfort with AI / new-age tools to streamline script-to-screen execution.
