StoryTV is building India's first micro-drama platform, redefining storytelling for the short-video era. We are seeking an Operations & Business Development Associate to streamline workflows across creative, content, and business teams. This role involves ensuring smooth execution, operational excellence, and strategic growth partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys structured processes, and is adept at managing data and communications to drive strategic growth.

Must Have

• Own and streamline workflows across content, partnerships, and revenue teams.
• Manage and analyze Google Sheets/Excel for tracking KPIs, partner performance, and operational metrics.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners, creators, and brands.
• Communicate effectively between creative, production, and business stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes and automations for recurring operations.
• Maintain dashboards, weekly reports, and project trackers with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure smooth execution of contracts, campaigns, and creator collaborations.
• Exceptional command of Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• A bias for action and strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Notion, or Airtable.
• Prior experience (0–3 years) in operations, growth, BD, or startup roles.
• Curiosity for media, entertainment, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and streamline workflows across content, partnerships, and revenue teams.
• Manage and analyze sheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking KPIs, partner performance, and operational metrics.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners, creators, and brands.
• Communicate effectively between creative, production, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Build scalable processes and automations for recurring operations (bonus if you know tools like Zapier, Notion, or Airtable).
• Maintain dashboards, weekly reports, and project trackers with insights and recommendations.
• Be the go-to person who ensures things move — from contracts to campaigns to creator collaborations.
