Responsible for product regional commercial operations, planning targeted commercial activities for Southeast Asia based on game commercialization goals; with special attention to user experience, optimizing commercial products in coordination with R&D, and collaborating with internal marketing colleagues, including official and regional third-party payment partnerships.
2. Aiming for growth, not limited to single-module work, especially with experience and insights into game creative gameplay planning, responsible for secondary gameplay operations through coordination of operational resources, and creating more rich gameplay for players, with key reference to Roblox/Peace Oasis/PUBGM WOW gameplay.
3. Bonus points: Able to analyze Southeast Asian user data behavior, work closely with R&D, marketing, and other teams, understand business needs, and provide targeted data analysis solutions.
1. Strong business understanding, able to quickly understand business needs and convert them into data analysis goals; experience in large DAU competitive game category event operations is preferred.
2. Good communication skills, fluent in written English, and able to assist communication with spoken English.
3. Senior game enthusiast, with keen user insight, good at driving product optimization and activity design through player feedback, continuously improving game experience.
