- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and membership benefits to maximize their value and satisfaction.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including performing restocking duties before opening and after closing.
- Handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency, including processing exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.

The Associate RazerStore Evangelist brings the Razer experience to life for every customer who steps into our physical stores. As a vital contributor to daily retail operations, they provide essential support to both the Store Manager and Store Supervisor, while excelling as a product specialist and a champion of phenomenal customer service. With an unwavering passion for technology and gaming, the Associate RazerStore Evangelist is an indispensable member of our team, inspiring customers and teammates alike.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
