Job Description

As a medical device sales representative (ultrasound equipment) in Kyushu, you will be responsible for sales of ultrasound diagnostic equipment used for medical imaging. You will primarily engage with doctors, nurses, and technicians at major hospitals, including university hospitals, core hospitals, and national centers. Your goal is to contribute to improving the quality of medical care in Japan. Your main duties include visiting hospitals and distributors to introduce, propose, explain, and sell products. You will also formulate sales strategies within your assigned area and execute them based on the approval of your supervisor. You will be provided with a company car and mobile environment to facilitate direct travel to and from customer locations. There is an incentive of 30%, paid annually in March, which varies based on company, department, and individual performance.
Must have:
  • Experience in medical device sales.
  • Sales experience with a strong interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Possession of a regular driver's license.
  • Native level Japanese.
Good to have:
  • Sales experience with large X-ray equipment and ultrasound diagnostic devices.
  • Willingness to learn reading and writing in English.

画像診断としてで使用される超音波画像診断装置などを主に大学病院を始め、基幹病院やナショナルセンターといった大規模病院の医師、ナース、技師と商談を進め、日本の医療の質向上に貢献することを目指していただきます。

職務内容:

ご経験を第一に考え、当社の医療機器の営業をご担当いただきます。世界トップシェアの高品質な製品を日本市場で更に拡販すべく一緒に活躍できるスタッフを求めています。具体的には、病院・代理店などを訪問し製品の紹介・提案・説明・販売を行っていただきます。

営業スタイル:

担当エリア内のお客様に対する営業活動が主な仕事です。エリア内の営業戦略を立案して上司の承認に基づき実行します。

顧客からのニーズをヒアリングし、より良い提案をアレンジすることができます。そのためご自身でリードしながら実力を発揮できる環境です。手腕を発揮してより大きなBusinessにチャレンジできます。

また、直行・直帰でも活動できるように社用車とモバイル環境を整えています。

経験・スキル:

放射線大型装置および超音波画像診断装置の販売経験をお持ちの方は大歓迎!!!

医療機器業界での営業職就業経験
ヘルスケア業界に強い興味のある営業経験の方

普通自動車免許必須

語学:

変更の範囲:当社拠点全般。配置転換により当社拠点全般に異動の可能性あり
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:0013:00               
【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(1229日~14日)

【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25 付与)、Care Leave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間) ほか
【時間外労働】あり みなし勤務時間制(事業場外労働制)

【給与】基本給 年収 550~750万円

※30時間分のみなし勤務手当を含む

みなし勤務手当は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します

【賞与】インセンティヴ 30
インセンティヴは毎年3月の年1回支給(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
年度途中入社者は、対象期間中日割計算あり
