Main Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy formulation and implementation in the assigned region to expand cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment catheter devices.
- Creation and management of attractive sales promotion tools for company products.
- Customer presentations for company products, support for academic conferences focused on the cardiovascular field.
- Planning and operational support for user meetings in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to propose solutions tailored to customer needs.
Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales at a manufacturer, or sales/sales management experience at an agency (applicants from other industries are also welcome).
- Customer service experience and communication skills with doctors, medical staff, and agencies, as well as knowledge of general medicine beyond product knowledge.
- Ability to build relationships with KOLs and communication skills from a broad perspective, not just product knowledge.
- Strong sense of responsibility in performing duties.
- Ability to make customer proposals with a long-term perspective and planning.
Language
- English: Reading and writing level (or no resistance to it. E-learning and manual reading will occur).
- Japanese: Native level (or extremely fluent in reading and writing Japanese).
- Education: University graduate or higher.

- Work Style: Discretionary work system outside the workplace
- Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday), Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)
- Leave: Up to 20 days of paid leave in the first year (20 days for 2nd-5th year / 25 days from 6th year onwards), Care Leave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.
- Overtime Work: Yes, discretionary work system (outside the workplace system)
- *Deemed to have worked 9 hours a day, and a deemed work allowance will be paid.
- *If working on holidays, holiday work allowance will be paid.
- *If working late at night, late-night work allowance will be paid.
- Salary: Fixed annual income 4-5 million yen + sales incentive (30%)
- *Fixed annual income includes deemed work allowance.
- *Sales incentive of 30% of fixed annual income is paid upon 100% target achievement.
- *Incentives are paid 4 times a year (subject to change based on company performance, departmental performance, and individual evaluation).
- *For those joining mid-year, pro-rata calculation applies for the target period.
- Allowances: No commuting allowance (actual transportation expenses reimbursed)
