Brandtech+ is seeking a Mid Content Specialist to create high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves developing day-to-day content aligned with brand guidelines, supporting thought leadership, and collaborating with product marketing, designers, and videographers. The specialist will ensure content is on brand, delivered on time, SEO-friendly, and optimised for digital channels, while also tracking performance metrics.
Must Have:
  • Strong creative writing skills with a good understanding of tone of voice and brand identity
  • Ability to deliver high-quality content that is engaging and on brand
  • Basic understanding of SEO and blogging best practices
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders
  • Proactive in identifying content gaps and opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • At least 4 years creating high-quality day-to-day content, including emails, social media posts, web copy, and blogs
  • Experience tracking basic content performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement
  • Access to uninterrupted power and stable internet connectivity

ROLE: Content Specialist

LOCATION: Remote until further notice

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the account produces high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating day-to-day content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and brand guidelines. This role focuses on delivering creative, well-written content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership.

As an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate with other teams to develop content, ensuring it’s on brand, delivered on time, and meets a high standard of quality.

You’ll be a champion of the account’s tone of voice and verbal identity, knowing what makes us sound like us

This role will focus on delivering visually stunning, impactful, and effective digital design across performance marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Create high-quality day-to-day content, including emails, social media posts, web copy, and blogs.
  • Support thought leadership projects (e.g., podcasts, case studies, award nominations, whitepapers).
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure product-related content is on brand (e.g., demo videos, product launch materials).
  • Ensure all content you produce adheres to the brand’s tone of voice and verbal identity, and be a champion for ensuring those documents are kept up to date and everyone knows where those documents are and how to use them
  • Work with designers and videographers to develop multimedia content (e.g., video scripts, PDFs).
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to inform your work.
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimised for digital channels.
  • Maintain and organise content repositories for easy access and future use.
  • Track basic content performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

  • Strong creative writing skills with a good understanding of tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality content that is engaging and on brand.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and blogging best practices.
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
