Job Title: Mid-Level Designer
Reporting to: Design & Development Manager, UK
Location: Guildford, UK or Hattem, The Netherlands
1-year fixed contract (with a view to extend/make permanent)

A true toy lover—you don’t just play with toys; you live and breathe them (and not just LEGO!).
- 3–5 years of industry experience, with a portfolio that shows your journey from first sketch to final product.
- A problem-solver with initiative, creativity, and sharp attention to detail.
- You love to communicate through cute sketches, from quick doodles that spark a concept to polished renderings that wow the team.
- Bring your ideas to life through digital sculpting/modelling would be a big plus, we make hands on product and love prototyping.
- A hands-on creator who can sketch and build ideas into reality.
- An outgoing, energetic personality with a great sense of humour (we’re all about fun, after all!).
- A collaborative team player who listens, shares, and lift's others up.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and keeping schedules on track.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- We make physical, actual products – Not a UI/UX.
- A design degree or equivalent is a plus, not a must have but your skills and passion matter most. Your work should speak for itself.
