Job Details

Viziverse AI is creating a whole new genre of camera-based casual mobile 3D video games. We're an exciting new startup founded by an experienced tech entrepreneur with multiple successful exits and degrees from MIT and Harvard Business School.

We're looking for a Mobile Game Ad Campaign Specialist (Remote position) who is passionate about mobile gaming and has the expertise to scale our ad campaigns, increase user acquisition, and drive engagement. If you're a data-driven marketer who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other mobile ad networks to drive user growth and revenue.
  • Collaborating closely with our Unity development team to set up in-game ad events and implement effective, data-driven strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using data and metrics to inform and optimize strategies. You’ll be conducting A/B testing, ensuring we’re getting the most out of every campaign.
  • Creating actionable insights from campaign data to drive continuous improvements and adjustments, ensuring that we’re always hitting our KPIs.
  • Delivering detailed reports on user acquisition, ad spend, and return on investment (ROAS), while working to optimize the marketing funnel for maximum performance.

About You:

  • You have experience managing ad campaigns for mobile games or mobile startups and have a portfolio of successful ad campaigns that demonstrate your impact on user growth and revenue.
  • You’re technically savvy, with experience working with Unity developers to set up ad events and programmatic hooks that maximize ad performance.
  • You’re data-driven—you understand the value of data and know how to use analytics to fine-tune campaigns and drive optimization.
  • You’re creative but strategic. You know how to think outside the box while keeping the business objectives front and center.
  • You have strong knowledge of A/B testing, ad formats (text, image, video), and the different tools and platforms that can help drive campaign performance.
  • You’re a great communicator and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, from developers to designers, to ensure campaign success.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience using Unity to integrate ad tracking and programmatic events.
  • A background in creative ad design, or the ability to work closely with designers to produce high-quality ad creatives.
  • Proven success in optimizing ROAS and improving the user acquisition funnel for mobile games.
