Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing overseas market game virtual point card distribution channels, including negotiating and implementing partnerships with agents, distributors, local payment platforms, and e-commerce channels.
  • Explore emerging market opportunities, formulate regional channel expansion strategies, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
  • Maintain existing overseas channel relationships, regularly evaluate cooperation effectiveness, optimize settlement processes and profit distribution mechanisms, and improve channel contribution rate.
  • Solve channel operational problems (e.g., inventory, settlement disputes, compliance risks) to ensure cooperation stability.
  • Research target market policies, competitor dynamics, and user needs, output market entry strategy reports, and collaborate with product teams for localization adaptation.
  • Formulate channel sales targets and incentive policies, monitor data, and adjust strategies.
  • Establish a channel business compliance risk assessment model, regularly output risk reports, and collaborate with legal and tax teams to formulate response plans.

Who We Look For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of overseas channel expansion experience, familiar with virtual product (point card/game currency/subscription service) distribution models, with successful cases.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), proficiency in a minor language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Russian) is preferred.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools, skilled at extracting strategic insights from data.
  • Possess strong business negotiation skills, capable of independently completing contract term design and interest negotiation.
  • Have a deep understanding of the overseas digital payment ecosystem and be familiar with local top channel resources.
  • High stress resistance, adaptable to frequent cross-border time difference meetings and short-term business trips.
