Molding Technician

The Molding Technician will be responsible for operating various tonnage and brand injection molding machines according to operating instructions. Key duties include performing daily equipment maintenance, regular inspections, cleaning, and lubrication. The role requires immediate response to on-site equipment failures, conducting preliminary troubleshooting and diagnosis, monitoring equipment operation, recording data, and ensuring stable production processes while strictly adhering to safety regulations.

Must Have

• Proficiently operate injection molding machines of different tonnages and brands
• Perform daily maintenance, regular inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment
• Respond immediately to on-site equipment failures for preliminary troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Monitor equipment operating status, record data, and ensure stable production
• Strictly abide by safety operating regulations
