About the Role:

At WinZO, it’s not just about designing; It's about the passion, the drive, and the sheer thrill of creating something extraordinary. We’re seeking a highly skilled 3D and Animation Designer to join our talented team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and animating stunning 3D assets for a variety of projects.

What you will do-

● Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms, including mobile apps, websites, and social media channels

● Generate innovative ideas and concepts for motion graphics that effectively communicate WinZO's brand message and enhance user engagement

● Ensure that all motion graphics and animations adhere to WinZO's brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency and brand integrity

● Own multiple projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met

● Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation and integrate innovative ideas into your work to keep WinZO's visual content fresh and relevant

● Conduct thorough quality checks on all motion graphics deliverables, ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and technical integrity

What you should have:

● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Animation, Film or Video production (Design School Preferred)

● Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and composition

● Top-notch sense of aesthetics, design, and layouts with a keen eye for visual storytelling

● Proficiency in creating digital video content across various formats (e.g., Digital Ads, Facebook, Instagram)

● Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator

● Experience in developing and strengthening brand assets, including style and brand guidelines

● Proficiency in measuring outcomes and iterating based on response and feedback

● Additional experience in filmography and active storytelling skills is a plus
