Job Summary
Belka Games is seeking a talented Motion Designer to transform static images into dynamic animations and visual effects for their mobile games. The role involves creating advertising videos, trailers, and promotional materials based on creative briefs, as well as participating in brainstorming sessions. The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising video creation, strong Adobe After Effects and Photoshop skills, knowledge of animation principles, and an understanding of creative marketing assets for video games.
Must Have
- Create advertising videos, trailers, and promotional materials based on creative design briefs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and discuss ideas for advertising videos
- Experience creating advertising videos (including a portfolio of similar projects)
- Professional skills with Adobe software (After Effects, Photoshop)
- Ability to work with supplementary programs and plugins (Trapcode, DUIK, etc.)
- Knowledge of the basic principles of animation
- Knowledge of the principles of character animation
- Understanding of the principles of producing creative marketing assets for video games
- Understanding of the fundamentals of composition, editing, rhythm, and color
- Ability to work with sound
- Creativity and self-sufficiency
Good to Have
- Basic 3D skills (Blender/Cinema 4D, Mixamo)
- Familiarity with Spine

What you'll be doing:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and discuss ideas for advertising videos
What we need from you:
- Experience creating advertising videos (including a portfolio of similar projects)
- Professional skills with Adobe software (After Effects, Photoshop)
- The ability to work with supplementary programs and plugins (Trapcode, DUIK, etc.)
- Knowledge of the basic principles of animation

- Understanding of the fundamentals of composition, the rules and techniques of editing, a sense of rhythm, and the ability to work with color
