Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging motion graphics for various programming, including video, film, multimedia campaigns, and eLearning. The role involves developing creative concepts, utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, and producing high-quality, strategically and creatively exceptional assets. The designer will also be responsible for editing videos and crafting compelling narratives through visual graphics and motion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback, and staying current with industry trends are key aspects of the position. The company is looking for candidates with a passion for video content and a strong understanding of social and digital platforms.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years of motion graphics design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Ability to develop creative concepts

We are looking for:
The Motion Graphics Designer is a digital artist responsible for creating motion graphics for a broad variety of programming such as; video and film programming, multimedia campaigns, eLearning platforms, promotional products, computer graphics, and technical illustrations and other programs, as required.  Candidates must also have a strong understanding of software and hardware animation tools and techniques, rendering tools and techniques, as well as strong understanding of motion-capturing and media acquisition technologies.
This is a full time position. Candidates must be located in the UK.

 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Creative Concepts  
  • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) to create high-quality animations and motion graphics
  • Produce assets that are both strategically and creatively exceptional
  • Edit videos when needed, using Adobe Premiere
  •  Craft Compelling Narratives
  • Develop a cohesive narrative through visual graphics and motion
  • Employ a deep understanding of storytelling principles to structure motion graphics that convey a clear, coherent message
  • Integrate graphic elements and motion design to complement and elevate the underlying narrative as needed
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Attend project meetings to understand requirements, timelines, and feedback, ensuring all motion graphics align with project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to meet project specifications and deadlines
  • Set accurate estimates on delivery expectations and send status updates to key stakeholders
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends
  • Continuously explore and implement new techniques, tools, and trends in motion graphics and animation to keep the company’s visual content cutting-edge
  • The Motion Graphic Specialist is encouraged to engage in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and online courses, to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Quality Assurance
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all motion graphics meet the highest standards of visual and technical excellence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to motion graphics, animation, and rendering
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of design experience creating award-winning motion graphics.
  • Experience conceiving, designing, and producing marketing assets and brand experiences.
  • Demonstrable advanced motion graphics/animation skills specifically with Adobe
  • Creative Cloud
  • Experience balancing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content and audience demographics.
  • Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, formats, and best practices.
  • A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.
  • Passionate about video content, hyper-knowledgeable about music and internet culture, and an avid user of social media.
  • Figma experience is valuable
  • Editorial experience is not required but would be great to have, Premiere preferred.
  • 3D experience is not required but would be great to have, Cinema 4D preferred.



Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is 50,000-65,000 GBP depending on experience.
