Job Description

MTO – Production will undergo structured on-the-job training to develop a strong foundation in production processes, operational efficiency, quality standards, and safety practices within the construction chemicals manufacturing environment. The role is designed to prepare the individual for future leadership and supervisory roles in production.
Must have:
  • Assist in overseeing daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely achievement of production targets.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the production floor.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for any process deviations or production issues.
  • Learn and support batch formulation processes, raw material usage, and inventory control.
  • Assist in preparing daily production reports, shift summaries, and data entry into ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure continuous production.
  • Observe and analyze production workflows to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Understand machine operations and support preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions during each production stage.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Support and monitor strict adherence to plant housekeeping and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO, 5S, etc.)

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry or related field
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship or production experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably chemicals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Proficient in MS Office and data handling
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, and adaptability
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO, 5S, etc.) is a plus
