The OES Account Manager is responsible for the sales development of the assigned Valeo product lines for the OES activities of the customer(s) he/she is responsible for, within the frame of the delegation of authority specified for this position and within the objectives which are assigned to this key account.
Job Responsibilities:
- To identify the needs of the customer in terms of OES products and services.
- To prepare and negotiate successful quotations and price proposals.
- To put in place all the necessary customer marketing support and promotions to grow sales.
- To ensure that the appropriate actions are implemented within the relevant industrial branches and divisions in order to achieve full customer satisfaction in terms of OES delivery performance
- To maximize the OES sales and gross margins.
- To identify all the opportunities for sales growth in terms of product, service, market share gain, promotion, new business, international development and to manage the relevant projects which are launched to address these opportunities.
- To work closely with the relevant organization(s) within the industrial Branches of Valeo and with the Valeo Service Marketing in order to design the best possible sales strategy for each product line.
- To track the performance of Valeo for the assigned customer(s) in terms of logistic performance, sales, gross margin, price index, new order intake.
- To prepare together with the relevant Branch counterpart(s) the necessary corrective action plans to address any commercial or operation issue with his/her customer(s).
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
