Job Description

Condé Nast is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow Tatler’s prestigious Address Book. This role involves driving revenue across membership, advertising, and events, ensuring sales targets are exceeded. The Account Manager will build and maintain client relationships, proactively source new leads, and manage the full sales process. Key responsibilities include overseeing Tatler supplements like Weddings and Schools, managing P&L, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, be highly motivated, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must Have:
  • Drive revenue growth through membership, advertising, and event opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively sourcing new leads.
  • Attend relevant industry events to network, generate leads, and expand Tatler’s presence.
  • Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to booking and post-sale support.
  • Management of key Tatler supplements (Weddings and Schools) including flatplanning, P&L management, liaising with the wider sales teams to manage bookings and leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all sales commitments.
  • Provide solutions and troubleshoot client issues promptly and effectively.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow Tatler’s prestigious Address Book. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue across membership, advertising, and events while ensuring that sales targets are consistently exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. The role will cover a variety of Tatler’s tentpole categories including Weddings and Education.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive revenue growth through membership, advertising, and event opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively sourcing new leads.
  • Attend relevant industry events to network, generate leads, and expand Tatler’s presence.
  • Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to booking and post-sale support.
  • Management of key Tatler supplements (Weddings and Schools) including flatplanning, P&L management, liaising with the wider sales teams to manage bookings and leads and drive revenue growth.

Who you are:

  • Sales experience, ideally in media, digital, or print environments.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, tenacious, and results-oriented with a strong desire to win business.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
  • Thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
