As an Office Manager and Employee Experience Associate, you will be key in creating a smooth, welcoming, and engaging environment for employees, guests, and partners. You'll oversee daily office operations, assist with facility coordination, and help plan and execute on-site and off-site events designed to enrich the workplace experience. You will manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep while supporting onboarding and creating thoughtful space design and culture-driven initiatives.
Must have:
  • Previous experience in office coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic familiarity with office systems.

As an Office Manager and Employee Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role on our global team, dedicated to creating a smooth, welcoming, and engaging environment for employees, guests, and partners alike. In this dynamic position, you'll oversee daily office operations, assist with facility coordination, and help plan and execute a variety of events, both on-site and off-site, designed to enrich the overall workplace experience.

What you'll do as an Office Manager and Employee Experience Associate

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workspace.

  • Act as the main point of contact for facility-related matters and vendors.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.

  • Support onboarding by giving office tours and setting up desks.

  • Enhance the employee experience through thoughtful space design and culture-driven initiatives and events.

  • Plan and execute internal events, handling logistics, setup, and follow-up.

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees and guests.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or similar roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
